About Old Dominion Floor Company Inc

Old Dominion Floor was established in 1987 by John Jones III: We started as a Hardwood floor Installation Company

It wasn't long after that we expanded and grew our Sand and Finish division of the business to meet the demand

After a few years Old Dominion became the Hardwood Floor Specialist in the Richmond Metro area

For almost 10 years we worked with just solid wood (there was no engineered or laminate at the time)

We then merged with Builder Floor in August 2006, which opened us to more types of floor covering such as carpet, tile, and vinyl

As the years went on products like laminate, bamboo, cork, and water proof products became more popular

Therefore Old Dominion evolved to the needs of the current market

Throughout the years we have gained expert knowledge and an edge over the competition

Now in 2018 we have continued to evolve and grow the business in all areas of floor covering

We have some of the best employees in the business, and without them Old Dominion Floor would not be where it is today

Most of our employees have worked for us for over ten years
