Over 20 years!  Enhance Floor Trends was founded in August of 1985 by Don and Elisabeth Stubbs.  Enhance Floors is probably the most experienced flooring company in North Atlanta.  Our In-Home Sales Representatives average over twenty years in the flooring industry and our Showroom Consultants average more than eight years of flooring experience.  Why take a chance and trust your project to a less knowledgeable company?

Yes, but we do offer a "Shop At Home" service.  A Sales Representative can bring samples to your home for your consideration.  We service the entire North Atlanta area.

We can certainly provide you with references of customers that live in your geographic area who have purchased similar floors to what you are looking at.

We have interest-free financing plans ranging form six months to one year and several times during the year have longer term interest-free financing options available. GE Moneybank and Citifinancial are our financing providers.

We can usually have your new floor installed within a week to ten days from the time you make your decision.  If you require a quicker installation than that, please let your Salesperson know immediately so that our Scheduling Department can begin working on what arrangements can be made for you.

You need to be available when we arrive at your home to answer any questions the Installer may have and to make sure any questions or concerns you might have are addressed.  You should also be available when we are finishing for the final walk through.  We do not require you to remain at home for the duration of the entire installation.  If you need to leave while we are working, we ask that you leave us an emergency contact number.  Also, if we are sanding wood floors in your home, someone needs to be available to approve the stain color once the sanding has been completed.

We offer personal attention from our sales staff and will get to know you and your needs and will offer suggestions, ideas, and alternatives.  Our friendly, professional sales staff is thoroughly trained in all aspects of floor covering and can discuss with you how you can expect the floor you are looking at to perform in your home.   We pride ourselves on the wide variety of choices we have for you in floor coverings. Enhance Floor Trends specializes in residential replacement.  We offer a Lifetime Installation Warranty on most of the floors that we install.  You will find that our Installers are truly the best in Atlanta.  Our Installers specialize in working in occupied homes and are considerate of your property and belongings.  There is a difference between us and other companies that work for builders. We primarily work in older homes with imperfections.  We get many jobs that other companies turn down because they are not experienced enough to handle the job.  We only handle first quality, warranted products and  offer competitive prices. You will find that we genuinely care about you and your home.  We want you to select the right product, have a wonderful installation experience, and love your new floor. 

We realize that most of our customers get more than one estimate and that our prices must be competitive.  We will match a competitor’s price but must review the competitor’s actual written on-site estimate.  Always make sure you are comparing "apples to apples."  Many times the less expensive price is not on the same product, the floor is not being installed properly, or is from an individual with unknown stability.

The manufacturer of your floor warrantees the product.  Enhance Floor Trends guarantees the installation.  You will receive your labor warranty and whatever product warranty information we have available from the manufacturer by mail three to five days after completion of your installation.  If there is a problem with either the floor or the installation you should first call Enhance Floors.  Someone from our company will probably need to come to your home to assess the situation.  If it is an installation problem that is covered under your Installation Warranty, Enhance Floors will be responsible for any corrections needed.  If it is a problem with the product, Enhance Floors acts as your liaison with the manufacturer during the Claims process.  Most warranties in the flooring industry are to the original purchaser only and are not transferable.  Also, please be aware that warranties require prompt (usually within 48--72 hours) notification upon your noticing any potential problems.

We require all of our Lead Installers to speak English.  Some of the crewmembers may be ethnic.  While you may not be able to communicate fluently with the entire crew, there should always be someone on your job that speaks English.  Also, our Installation Manager is always available in our office to assist you with any questions or concerns you might have.

The Construction and Remodeling industry primarily classifies installers as Independent Contractors and not as employees of the company.  The Independent Contractors that we use work primarily for Enhance Floor Trends and have a long relationship working with us.  Our Installers average over ten years installation experience, with several having over twenty-five years experience.  Rest assured that Enhance Floors takes full responsibility for the quality of your installation and is warranting your installation, not the Installer.  We also call all of our customers once the installation is completed to insure complete satisfaction.

Enhance Floor Trends carries full liability and workers compensation insurance and can provide you with a Certificate of Insurance upon request.  Also, because your installation crew is an Independent Contractor, you are protected by their insurance coverage as well.

The process normally begins with you coming into the showroom and selecting samples to try in your home.  Once you have selected a product, your floor will need to be measured and installation details assessed.  We offer estimates free of charge.  Once we have given you a quote on your flooring selection and you choose to use Enhance Floors to install your new floor, we require a 50% deposit to order the materials and to secure your time slot on the Installation Schedule. We accept all major credit cards, personal checks, cash, and also offer financing.

We will be glad to quote you a special "cash and carry" price based on your installer’s measurements if you only wish to purchase the product from us.  Be sure you verify the qualifications of your installer; no manufacturer will warranty an improperly installed floor.
