Yes, we are a family business and our home is in Salem.
We have a mixture of both hourly and subcontract installers. All of our mechanics have been with us for at least 5 years including our subcontractors.
We use our regular crews on every installation and some times of year are busier than others; however, you can usually expect to have carpet or vinyl installed within 2 weeks of ordering it. Hardwood, Laminate and Ceramic tile can usually be installed within 3 weeks of ordering. Wallpaper and window treatments can also usually be installed within 3 weeks.
note: These time frames require that the material you choose be in stock and available from our suppliers.
