Yes, and No.
Nothing is ever sold as a 2nd quality material unless the customer is notified 1st!
In carpet, tile, and laminate everything is 1st quality!!
Vinyl we do sale in seconds many times. This does not mean that you are getting some junky floor though. A second quality vinyl floor is flawed, most times the flaws are so small that even with a trained eye you can not find the flaw. These flaws DO NOT affect how long your floor lasts, or how easily it cleans, but they CAN save you tons of MONEY!!
Hardwood, we do sale cabin grade hardwood at times. Basically what the difference between cabin grade and 1st grade is the graining and mineral streaks. 1st quality has very minimal graining in it, and cabin grade has more. Again, nothing is sold as cabin grade until the customer has been notified.
Yes!
We take all major credit cards.
The first step is for you to decide what areas you want new flooring in.
Next you come to our store and get some ideas of what type of flooring you want.
Then we set up a time and date to meet at your site to measure for the desired flooring.
Next we take the measurements and figures back, do some calculating, and call you with the estimate.
A very easy and painless process!! And to this point you haven't spent a dime or committed to anything.
It is important for us to know this for many reasons.
Measuring for carpet is different than measuring for wood. Measuring for wood is different than for laminates. And so on and so forth. Each type of flooring may require different subfloors, or subfloor preparation. As well you measure differently for carpet and vinyl when one or more rooms connect directly to each other. There are too many possible things to consider when measuring for a floor that you are not sure what will be installed there.
Yes we do! There is a delivery fee, but that varies depending on your location.
The 1st thing we need is to know what you want and how much, make sure we have it in stock, or enroute to us. Then we look at scheduling. We can normally get an appointment within 7 - 10 business days for you, many times quicker, and occasionally it does take longer.
If no material has been cut to fit for you, or shipped already then yes you may cancel.
If we have ordered your material and it is already shipped, then you may not be able to cancel.
If the material has been cut for you, or already shipped, then you are obligated to take it.
It's possible.
Spot cleaner companies market their products very well, and it appears to work well. At first. This product, like many others is all too often misleading. Any time you use a cleaning agent on your carpet you MUST rinse the soap residue out! Otherwise you are asking for your carpet to get dirty twice as fast and make the spot bigger!
