We currently have 2 locations in Fort Wayne Indiana. Our main warehouse location is located at 7820 Bluffton Road, approximately 1 1/2 miles north of the Fort Wayne International Airport. Our newest Fort Wayne store is located in North Fort Wayne on Coliseum Boulevard across from Glenbrook Shopping Center, in between Bobicks Golf Center and Carlos O'Kelleys.

WE*DO*IT*ALL is Clark & Mitchell's CARPET INSTALLATION PACKAGES. One of the biggest complaints our industry faces is "extra" charges. Clark & Mitchell has packaged our carpets so that we take most if not all of the "extras" and include them in one easy to understand price. Our WE*DO*IT*ALL pricing includes a premium pad, expert installation, plus we will take up your old carpet and haul it away, and we will handle your furniture, all at no extra charge. You know with no question what your total price will be, no surprises.
YES! Call us and we'll send out the OWNER or STORE MANAGER to your home to inspect and measure any rooms in your home. We will then have a floor diagram of your rooms (or whole house) on file the first time you visit our stores. That lets us give you an EXACT quote on your first visit, saving you time!
NO! Many of the "super low" prices on ceramic tile you may see at a lumber company are examples of second or "builder grade" quality tiles. These tiles are typically drastically inferior to the 1st quality tiles we sell, and often our prices are as low or lower. The SHAW ceramic tile at Clark & Mitchell is all rated by the tiles durability and SCRATCH RESISTANCE. Very often, this information is unavailable at other stores, and that is usually because that tile is an inferior product that will not hold up to extended wear. At Clark & Mitchell, you'll find that guaranteed superior, first quality tiles often are just as affordable as the "seconds", and CERTAINLY will give you a much better floor, that will last many years more.
YES. There is no other store in this region that even comes close to our in-stock selection of carpet and vinyl room-size remnants. All of our remnants are located at our BLUFFTON ROAD WAREHOUSE location (7820 Bluffton Road), and ALL are marked down dramtically below even our typical sale prices. We simply generate an enormous amount of these roll-ends due to our high volume, and constantly need to clear these smaller pieces out of our stock. So if you're looking for a room size piece of flooring, you are absolutely going to find a bargain at our store! We have remnants from 20 square feet up to our largest rems that measure up to 350 square feet.

If you are doing 3 or more rooms, the answer is yes! Call us and after a brief phone interview to assess your flooring needs, we'll set up an in-home floor presentation with a sales specialist (and sometimes a manager or owner) to "DO-IT-ALL"! We'll measure your rooms, figure material requirements, show you product and give you exact quotes. Then if you wish, we'll finalaize the order, and even schedule installation. There is a refundable $25 charge to schedule this service. (Non-refundable if not home at scheduled date/time)
Often within 24 hours of your visit to one of our stores. Clark & Mitchell has such an enormous selection of flooring IN-STOCK, and with our large stable of professional installers, it is often possible to shift our scheduling to accomodate even the hottest of "hot-rushes". So if you find yourself in need of flooring in a hurry, no one else can help you faster than Clark & Mitchell!
YES. We routinely handle many different types of flooring repairs of carpet, ceramic, wood and laminate, and vinyl. Call us or email your questions to QUESTION@CLARKANDMITCHELL.COM to see if we can help you.
If you buy from Clark & Mitchell, you'll buy knowing we stand behind what we sell. Our products are backed by the BEST manufacturing warranties available today. And all of our flooring installations are warranted against any type of installation defect for a full year (installation flaws typically show up immediately, or in a very short period of time). For warranty claims, contact your original sales specialist, or our service department.
Clark & Mitchell's exclusive ULTIMATE GUARANTEE is YOUR peace of mind! It is simply the strongest guarantee you can get. If FOR ANY REASON within 30 days of installation, you are not 100% satisfied with your 5-star new floor, Clark & Mitchell will GIVE you new flooring. Excludes labor charges. Even if you change your mind about the color, even if you decide you want another type of flooring. Whatever reason you have for not being happy with your new floor is good enough for us! Clark & Mitchell wants you to LOVE your new floor. We're dedicated to doing whatever we can to make that true.
At this time, Clark & Mitchell does not offer cleaning services. We also cannot recommend specific cleaners, since we have no control over the quality. We can, in general, recommend that you use a reputable cleaner utilizing the BANE-CLENE system, since that system is recommended by most of the major carpet manufacturers.
That depends on what the stain is, and what type of carpet you own. There is links to stain removal guides on our site. If you cannot find the information you need here, please call us and we'll be glad to offer assistance.
