All of our installers are bonded and insured, trustworthy and a hard working bunch of guys. They have all been with us for 10, 15 or more years. You can leave them in your home with confidence.
Many of our customers will simply leave a key with us or a neighbor.
While all our installers love pets, and most have pets of their own, we ask that they be secured or placed at a friends home during the installation. Power tools and strangers can be very stressfull on them, and we certainly would not want them to escape during loading or unloading your flooring or appliance.
The honest truth is, Wisconsin Sales Tax Law does not collect sales tax on purchases of installed flooring or installed appliances, such as built-in ovens and dishwashers. So the answer, I guess, is Yes.
No gimmicks here, we operate on just plain and honest integrity and a sincere desire to help our customers.
