Frequently Asked Questions
You have two options:
1) You can make your payment in full when you place your order. This is what we prefer, to avoid delays.
2) You can pay half down upon ordering and pay the second on or before the installation date.
We accept cash, check, Visa or Mastercard.
We can extend credit to contractors. Credit terms can vary. Contractors must complete an application and be approved prior to placing an order otherwise the same payment terms apply - half down when placing the order and remaining due upon install.
It depends on how busy our installation schedule is and how fast materials will arrive. Some materials are special order and can take up to 6 weeks to arrive which will delay installation. Certain seasons are busier than others but typically, we can get floors installed within 1-2 weeks or sooner (if stock item). We can also do flooring selections up to 60 days in advance to avoid the rush. For new home selections, we recommend ordering at least 30 days before your installation date.
Also, please make sure all preparation items are complete before we arrive on the install date. For example: moving furniture (if not by us), appliances, removing millwork, etc.
Material Only Purchases:
Some materials purchased from our store are non-returnable. Some are returnable but certain conditions may apply such as boxes must be un-opened or returned within 30 days. Please ask your sales consultant what the specific return policy is for each item before buying. Restocking fees may apply.
Installed Goods:
Installed goods are non-returnable because they are custom cut for your home and once installed they can not be re-sold. However, if there is a confirmed manufacturer defect, the product will be replaced at no charge to you and if there is a problem with the installation, it will be repaired.
