The average recommended time between professional cleanings is ten months. The
actual time will vary according to the amount of usage the individual rooms
receive. You are assured of the maximum life span on a carpet, furniture and
drapery that have been maintained professionally. With our method of cleaning,
a more frequent cleaning will extend the life of the fabric. rather than
damage fibers as some cleaning methods can do. Our Carpet and Furniture Guard
Spray Protection has proved to be very effective in preventing most soiling
from becoming a permanent condition.
This is true only if the cleaning process leaves shampoo or heavy soap
residues in your carpet that actually attract soil. Our cleaning process does
not leave heavy residues, and can remove most residues from previous cleanings
from other cleaning methods. Our Truck Mount Steam Cleaning removes the
solution and soil from your carpet directly into our truck. The end result is
that after our cleaning and Scotchgard Protecting, your carpet stays cleaner
longer than if cleaned with other outdated processes.
Your entire carpet should be given a thorough vacuuming at least once a week.
Concentrate under doors, drapery and along edges if you have light color
carpet. This will help reduce the chance of a black carbine build-up on these
areas.
Furniture should be given a thorough overall vacuuming. The area under the
seat cushions should be included.
Some stains may reappear after drying or after a few days of usage. This is
usually caused by a previous soap build-up or stickiness from a spill. Our
servicemen concentrate on these areas but can only go over areas a limited
number of times. Return services may be subject to a minimum service charge.
Our type of Truck Mount Steam Cleaning is recommended by many of the leading
manufacturers of stain resistant carpets. Many shampoo and dry cleaning
methods are not recommended.
Only certain spot cleaning methods and chemicals are to be used on this new
fifth generation carpet. The all purpose spotter that our servicemen have
available for purchase is safe to use.
