We require a deposit with the order of approximately 50% and the balance is due upon pick-up of the materials or completed installation.  We can take your charge card info over the phone or fax, mail us a check, or arrange for financing through Citi-Financial.

Just about all products can be at our store for your pick-up in 5 working days.  Many of those items are stocked here in town or in nearby cities with regular weekly deliveries to us.

Typically, we can take your order, recieve your materials and have them installed in 2 - 4 weeks.  Each type of material has different installation processes, so it varies depending on the type of flooring selected.  Carpeting and laminate floors are usually completed in 2 weeks or less, with wood, ceramic, vinyl taking additional time.  Also, whenever an order is for multiple types of floors in the same house, this increases the time a little, as well.
