Since we are located in the state of Georgia, we must charge sales tax on any order within Georgia. If you don't reside in Georgia, that means no sales tax on your order!
Yes! Carpet Express, Inc. is based in Dalton, Georgia. We ship anywhere and everywhere from our warehouse. This includes Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and even Japan!
Well that depends. Once an order arrives at our warehouse, we first inspect it, then package it the way it needs to leave our warehouse. From the time it leaves our warehouse, it could take anywhere from 2-8 business days to arrive at your location within the continental U.S. Outside that area, just ask your salesperson and they'll be glad to assist you!
