The easiest way is to come in the store. You can always call us or email information also.
MC, Visa, Discover Card. Money orders or certified cashiers checks are accepted, but delivery will not be released until the money order or cashiers check is recieved in the store's office.
Depending on what area of the country you live in, we will typically use a common carrier or a trucking company used specifically for flooring freight only.
If we are installing materials bought from us, our installers will bring all materials out the day of installation.
Flooring is freight collect from you, the customer. All freight costs vary depending on what part of the country you live in. We will be more than happy to supply you with the number of the freight company to get a quote on shipping cost.
If we are installing your flooring, there is no delivery cost.
YES! Our installers are employees so you don't have to worry about working with a subcontractor. All installation is guaranteed for 1 year. (abuse, wear and tear, etc. not included)
No. All sales are final.
If merchandise was in stock, it can be exchanged for other flooring material in stock as long as the piece is in the same condition it was bought.
