Yes!
Solid wood's composition is made from a single piece of hardwood. Because it is solid it can be sanded and refinished over and over. Solid wood expands and contracts with the climate control and humity in your home. When considering a solid wood, one must also keep in mind the height difference it has from your existing floors.
Engineered wood is made with 3-5 layers of hardwood. Each layer is stacked and bonded together. This method will typically be less likely affected by changes in humidity.

There are additional fees to take up any existing flooring. Contact a salesperson for further details.
You never want to use a oil based cleaner to mop tile. Always rinse with clean water, changing your water at least every 250 s/f, depending on severity of floor and wipe floor dry to avoid any haze. Ammonia, soaps and oil based products will discolor grout. Soap-less detergents such as white vinegar, diluted 3 to 1 (3 parts water and 1 part vinegar), are recommended for mopping non-porous surfaces.
