Yes, if agreed upon at the time of sale. Please remove all items on the furniture in the areas involved. Also, remove any low hanging shelves and irreplaceable items. We will remove and replace the furniture and appliances. In the bedrooms, remove all items from the floors of closets and remove the bed linens. We will remove and replace the bed and furniture.
We suggest that you vacuum your old carpet prior to installation. This will help to reduce the amount of dust stirred up by removing your old carpet. We will vacuum your new carpet after installation. Also, mopping your old vinyl prior to installation will help with the adhesives we use to lay down your new vinyl on top of your old vinyl. We will spread the adhesives on top of your old vinyl. For some types of installations, sanding will be required and dust will be generated. We suggest that other areas of the house be sealed off with sheets or plastic and that furniture is covered. Also, please be sure the power is ON for our electrical tools.
No. We will remove the toilets and reinstall them with a new wax seal.
Yes, unless specifically mentioned, we will take away your old carpeting. If you want to keep it, please inform your salesperson. Construction debris may be left at the sight during the job, but will be cleaned up after installation is completed.
No. Our installers are NOT authorized to accept payments. Your final payment is not due until the work is completed to your satisfaction and your salesperson has inspected the job.
