We provide flooring for residental, commerical, and builder customers.  If you are building a new home or just redecorating one room, our designers will be here for you.

In general, if the product is not in stock at our warehouse, but is in stock at the vendor company it will take anywhere from 7-10 days up to 3-4 weeks to arrive.  The longer wait time usually occurs if the product is not in stock at the vendor company.

The product may arrive sooner than our estimate, so please be aware that we will call you when the order arrives at our warehouse.

  After verifying that all of your order has arrived, we will call you to arrange a mutual date that works for both you and our installers.  At times we may run into a snag, say the installer falls ill, then we will call you to let you know and reschedule the installation.

In the event that you need to cancel your order, please contact either your salesperson or our office as soon as possible.  By letting us know right away, you help us save on shipping costs which in turn helps us keep our prices low.

Return Policy

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

Fashion Flooring LLC guarantees your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied, return the merchandise for a refund with the following guidelines.

AREA RUGS

You may return area rugs in NEW CONDITION with-in 24 hours of when it was received. The return will be subject to a restocking fee.

Special order area rug sales are final.

CERAMIC TILE AND LAMINATE HARDWOOD

Stock materials can be returned unopened, factory sealed undamaged cartons. The return will be subject to a restocking and handling fee.

All special order materials sales are final.

CARPET AND SHEET VINYL

You may return uncut and uninstalled stock carpet and sheet vinyl.

All special order carpet and sheet vinyl are subject to a restocking fee.
