Typically it takes 7-10 business days for us to receive your floor. Although we cannot predict unforseen circumstances, we will do our best to have your floor in a timely fashion.
Feel free to call us to set up a time for our estimator to measure your project. We do not charge for this service. Once we have your exact figures, we can then give you an exact quote for your project. We travel within in a 60 mile (approximate) radius from Sioux City.

Yes! We encourage you to take home several samples so that you are able to see them in your environment. Your lighting, wall coverings, windows, etc. will contribute to the overall look of your carpet.
We would be happy to order in (at no charge) larger samples from any of the color swatches. We can usually have them here at our store within a few days.
As the cliche goes in the flooring industry: "the pad makes the carpet." In other words, the higher quality cushion you chose, the longer your investment will last.

After your instant credit decision has been received and you have made your purchase, Citi-Financial will send you monthly statements showing you your balance. Much like a credit card, simply mail your payment to Citi-Financial to the address on your statement.
At this time, we are not able to accept Citi-Financial payments at our store.
Take a typical bedroom for instance. Let's assume this room is 12' x 12'. To figure total square yards, simply take 12 x 12 which is 144 s.f. Now take 144 s.f. and divide by 9 (9 s.f. in 1 square yard). You now get 16 total yards!!
