To ensure you remain happy with your selection, our knowledgeable sales staff will guide you through your floor covering purchase to determine what is the best choice for you and your home.

  
Product Selection  
The first step is visiting our newly expanded showroom. Here you can browse through a broad range of flooring samples, allowing you to see and feel the range of colors, styles, and textures and performance possibilities available to you. Our sales staff is available to guide you through your selection, offering advice and information you need, not only about the flooring product, but important accessories too. Services and products like carpet padding, installation, maintenance, financing options are just a few. Once you have selected the flooring product you like best, our sales associate will schedule a time to send our estimator out to measure your home’s floor.

In Home Measurement
Our professional estimator visits your home and measures the full dimensions of rooms needing flooring. The estimator will also note details like what furniture needs to be moved, and if any existing flooring that needs to be taken up. From this information, we can now calculate the exact amount of flooring you will need to purchase and what the total cost to you would be. We can also produce a specific flooring layout plan from the installer, showing exactly how the floor covering should be cut and installed and where all seams will be placed.

Installation
At a pre-scheduled time, our skilled and experienced installers will come to your home to install the flooring product you’ve ordered. Once the installation is complete, the project is not complete until you are satisfied with the job that is done.

Care and Maintenance
As with any other major purchase, if you properly care for your new floor you can extend its life and durability. We offer complete flooring care and maintenance booklets in all of our flooring departments.
