Our installation process begins with a complete free estimate, in which our representative comes to your home or business, measures and determines what is necessary to perform the installation to your satisfaction, and presents you with a complete written estimate.

Our installers, both subcontractor and employee, are top quality. We seek out and retain courteous and knowledgeable people who are conscientious about their work, and this is reflected in the finished job and in our reputation. Many of our installation professionals are certified by the Carpet and Rug Institute (CRI), and have also received specific training from the manufacturers on the installation of our products. We also regularly host training sessions from the manufacturers so that our professionals can stay up to date on the latest products and techniques.
