Upholstery Cleaning
Depending on the type of material, Bonded will dry clean or steam clean your upholstery on site.

All upholstery needs to be seen, measured and tested before a quote can be given.

Haitan cottons, Velvets, polished cotton, and Herculon are some of the fabrics we clean on a weekly basis. We do not clean silk materials.

All upholstery, once tested for both the cleaning process and the scotch guard or Teflon application, will be written in a formal quote. Areas of concerns will be pointed out, as well as percentage of expectation. Due to the construction of some upholstery, multiple applications may be needed. Bonded does all upholstery on site!

Pet Urine Stain Removal
Depending on the degree of urine, affected areas of carpet can still be saved. Often the color that has been affected can be "spot color dyed"!

With just a phone call, we will have one of our technicians bring out the latest device in urine detection. This paid inspection has a charge that would be reduced off your bill upon completion of the job. Using a 150 watt ultra violet light, our technician will exhibit how much of a urine problem there is and where it is located. Our technicians will also pull back various suspected areas to check the pad and backers. By treating both sides of the carpet, treating the sub-floor and replacing the pad, Bonded has been very successful in treating urine and pet problems. However, total removal of urine odor is often very difficult. Depending on the type of animals, walls, floorboards, etc… also be affected.
